fire them all and replace them. TONS of people would be there to take their place in an instant.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1550123 Boss from my last job did that. Employees wanted to unionize the shop and made all the moves. He fired every last one of them and replaced them easily. This all happened right before I was hired. He was a great boss and wasn't stingy with the raises and benefits.
