Nobody

When we live our lives opposite our creator’s intended purpose for our existence, and more for man’s manipulated intentions, then when the body dies the soul or spirit reincarnates to another “being” because we failed the test of life and have to come back for another try.

The more we live our lives opposite our creator’s intended purpose for our existence, and even more for man’s manipulated intentions, when the body dies the soul or spirit reincarnates to a lower life form. From there it works its way back up the life form ladder to eventually another human life.

People such as Manson, Hitler and a bunch of others probably come back as a mosquito or a fly and slowly work their way back up the higher-life-form ladder eventually several years later will come back as another human being with no memory of previous human existence.

Some may continue indefinitely and never get living this human life the way it was intended, this would be HELL, poor souls.

On the other hand, there are those that eventually made their way to the higher realms. These would be the young innocent ones or the severely mentally retarded.
