Face book's purpose is to mine for facial recognition data.

I saw the post recently about new facial recognition software that could compare a face to millions of faces per second. It made me think that Facebook is used to fill their databases with images. Also the name Facebook, it seems like they are just making it too obvious... face and book. What is a book? It symbolizes a group of information. Pretty much its called face-information or face-data or face-collection.....

Just wondering what other people thought.... or this has been on here a hundred times and no one cares.
