naaa... all of you wimpy fucks who tout how live is good without sex are just trying to justify in your own minds why you can't get laid.

here's a clue - look in the mirror, you unattractive dorks.
Liberal Logic: Demanding that the government stay out of your bedroom while insisting they pay for your birth control and abortions.

Liberal Logic: Demanding the right to kill an innocent child as it's being brought into the world while insisting on clemency for a man who has raped, tortured and burned to death a mother and her two teenage daughters.

This is a two way street. There is an ability to transmute desire to higher faculties. Sublimating the sexual impulse to ones will, in other words riding the horse instead of it taking you where it wants.
I know of a married couple who like the OP have gotten so close that they get extremely telepathic at times.
The saying that "two become one" can be realized in marriage or a truly loving relationship. It can be accomplished with sex or without. There are benefits to both. Either way it's Shiva and Shakti.

Hugs and kisses (not French kissing though) are beautiful.

Sexual touching and penetration is extremely gross. It's such a scumbag thing to do.

see now you are getting judgmental against the people who enjoy hot sweaty sex with their partners, nothing wrong with laying in bed together ready to go to sleep and feeling your spouse next to you, I as a woman love the scent of my husband and the sound of his deep voice that TURNS ME ON AND MAKES ME WANT HIM...sex is disgusting with strangers, one night stands, no respect for one's self but with the person you love its amazing...maybe you guys don't love each other?

Re: 'We're married, we just don't have sex'
I think some here don't understand what you exactly mean when you speak about 'disgusting'.

From my own experience, i can tell that the longer you didn't indulge in physical sexual activities (which means no orgasms at all while practicing sexual abstinence) - consciously - the more disgusting the act itself becomes. The more your energy-level rises, through abstinence, the more you begin to see the 'disgustingness' of sex.

Following my 'theory' it becomes clear that having sex and creating a new living being is indeed a very serious sacrifice leave alone the act of sex for recreational purposes without having the creation of a child in mind.

The 'civilized' view of sexuality is an abomination.

I will assume the wife has brainwashed the hubby into believing he doesnt really want/need sex. She probably has had plenty of cock stuffed into her anus and vagina and mouth. She is essentially 'fucked out'. As well, she may even have hideous herpes or other std sores/scabs/scars/lesions that she needs to hide, hence its tough to explain how she used to gangbang the brothas back in day. Or...she is a tranny/hermaphrodite and needs to hide that malformed snausage dangling into her five oclock shadowed vulva.

OP.... you have been duped by a defective wife...she is messed up somehow down south. You need to check her cooter asap.

Look, whatever you and your husband choose to do or not do is up to the two of you. What I meant by "fix" in that post was that if the two of you had some bad sex, there are classes that can help that.
In terms of "fixing" you and your husband, I simply think that you two are missing out on a great gift of Nature and God. The intimacy that I experience when with my husband (such as last night, on the spur of the moment) is an amazing experience of intimacy.
When the two of us are together, we focus on one another, not on ourselves. Truly, it's a moment of complete giving and receiving; complete trust.

I completely understand the OP. In fact, for some reason, I've always regarded people who dwell on sex, or who want to talk about boobies or "hot guys" as being simpletons/dullards. I am not saying that to be rude towards others here who feel differently,so please don't take it as such. I don't know why I feel this way, I just do, and always have. To me, people who go gaga over strip clubs, or think constantly about "getting some" or constantly thinking about "boys or girls" not only didn't interest me, it actually turns me off and made me think somewhat less of them. Girl or guy, man or woman.

I'm married, I don't make a point of abstaining from sex, I have a child. It has nothing to do with not having had "good sex" or being ill in some way, it's just not THAT interesting to me.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12655659

it is normal when you have a 'normal' sex life as 'defined' by the culture you grew up in/with, which is very one sided or very much tainted and corrupted by religious doctrines.

For a reason i don't would like to unfold, at a certain time in my life, i began to stop to follow the 'normal' path such an 'arousal' would implicate - 'normally' physical sex and eventually one or several orgasms. I was curious and i would like to know more about that 'arousal', i would like to know what IT really is. The more time that went by without indulging, the harder it got to not follow the 'normal' path, but i 'succeeded'. I began to see that IT, this 'energy', is only sexual at a certain level of frequency, and that this 'energy'/IT is something completely different at a 'higher' level, something very very precious, not sexual in the common sense at all. I have no words to describe the beauty of IT.

For many people nowadays sexuality is the only way to lower ones 'energy'-level to be able to function within 'civilized' society, this society which is defined by limitations. There are less and less options to express this energy, to follow its 'higher' aspirations without being ridiculed from all sides.

This energy i speak about doesn't know any limitations, it doesn't accept any limitations, whatever those limitations are or may be.

It's not complicated to understand the reason why sexualization runs rampant in our 'civilized' society.

I can almost guarantee that a married person who is not having any marital sex is either cheating or looking at porn and masturbating, or has a mental problem.

You have delusions of grandeur. If you are a woman OP, then I can say if your hubby seems content without having sex with YOU then he is either secretly gay and using you as a cover. And/or he is a pedophile too. Hookers can get expensive, even cheap ones add up over the course of a week/month pretty fast. So unless your're rich and he can hide the fact he spends hundreds or thousands a month on hookers, then its gotta be he is on the down low. You seem smug and proud and almost bragging how you and your hubby are so superior that you dont need to fuck. Joke is on you, as he is plugging a fecal encrusted sphincter somewhere else. Eventually, he will grow tired of the cover of marital bliss and just shack up with his male cornholer. Or somehow he will get busted when you come home early one day and see him taking a load of cocksnot in his tonsils. You wont be so fucking superior then, will you?

Re: 'We're married, we just don't have sex'
I can almost guarantee that a married person who is not having any marital sex is either cheating or looking at porn and masturbating, or has a mental problem.

Souls have bodies.
Sex is beautiful with the one you love.

This applies to the underdeveloped humans only and not to my husband and I and other evolved humans hf
