Hmmm... it's hard not to be an asshole if you believe you are superior to those around you.

The easiest way to straighten up is to surround yourself with people who are better than you in ways that are intimidating. Seek out those with traits you admire or respect. Avoid inferiors and you won't feel tempted to treat people like shit.

Unfortunately when it comes to everyday idiots you have to achieve dominance over people mentally, without actually acting upon it. Keep that smug superiority inside your head and use your imagination to it's full potential.

Now you won't feel so bad about yourself.... see, I'm helping!

Get drunk and start a thread titled Im (add anything here) ask me a question...Instant results.lol Really though patience and life probably.

I think this is a lifelong goal for most people OP. The secret....listen more, ask questions....and talk less. Not everything you do has to be known by others. Begin the journey of realizing how special and unique you are...and love yourself for it. If you can do that...you will find big changes.

Yes... You are a unique and special person with individual talents and abilities.... Just like everyone else.
