Butter or Margerine for you?

I never eat margarine, that's not even food.

butter, the other stuff has antifreeze in it.

That was pushed by the margarine makers and doctors. Cholesterol being the bad guy.

Unsalted butter definitely (I'll add the salt myself).

Butter all the way. Brick butter in the fridge used for cooking and when I need soft butter for toast I just get some cream, pour it into my magic bullet blender, add a pinch of salt and blend it until thick. Nice fresh whipped butter in only a few minutes!

Butter, I don't eat hydroginated fats.

Check your peanut butter because typically the first ingredient is hydroginated whatever oil. Basically a peanut flavored tub of margarine.

I don't add butter, but do put coconut oil in my coffee. I can't remember the last time I've eaten margarine, I only get butter.

Yep, no doubt, bugs won't even touch the stuff, which says a lot.

I read somewhere that margarine is just one molecule away from plastic...

If you put a tub af margarine out in your garage for a year, no bug will touch it and no mold will grow on it. It is not good for you at all!

If you have a Thermomix, you can do homemade butter from fresh organic milk!!!! It is AWESOME!

Coconut Oil only. No butter or margerine for months, unless it is from going out to eat or a family gathering i didnt cook for. Use it like you would b/m or even cooking oils. Coconut Oil.. mmm.
