If this video DID come from the effected area, this only shows with even more proof it was NO EMP. If that was an strong enough EMP to blow out the city, every damn car on that road with a computer chip in it would have stopped dead in their tracks. As for the radio, the station itself could be located in that city and the transmission towers lost power.
