In the past, there were temporary "pacts" between two factions against a third one. But those were always temporary and short-lived pacts. The three factions are rivals among themselves, and any pact between two of them was always temporary and transitory. |

When you have factions that appear to rule the roost...they play against each other with there own version of events. The political scene has two major parties that always play against each other. These other factions are based on the same lines. When you have two or more factions that think they rule the roost...they will always cause friction in the system. What originally set up the system is something entirely different. |
