It's obvious that there are two rival factions with hidden agendas.
That's why there are so many contradictions in the "conspiracy theories": each sides spreads their own versions, and none of the versions is 100% true... The biased "conspiracy theories" are used to fight the rival faction.

When you have factions that appear to rule the roost...they play against each other with there own version of events.
The political scene has two major parties that always play against each other.
These other factions are based on the same lines.
When you have two or more factions that think they rule the roost...they will always cause friction in the system.
What originally set up the system is something entirely different.
