[ link to www.wheatmontana.com] Wheat "berries" are seeds. I use Hard Red, Bronze Chief, soft white, and Prairie Gold. The color, flavor, and texture of bread you bake with it will vary depending on the variety of wheat used. I'd love a neighborhood landscaped that way.
