IT isn't my fault I'm a disgusting fat ass. The wheat did it. NO. It isn't the 2 liters of Dr. Pepper I drink every day. It isn't the take out pizza, tacos, and cheeseburgers. Not the three bags of Lay's chips and the 3 super size fries I eat.

It has nothing to do with the fact that in the last three years I've rarely broken a sweat doing anything besides while deep frying shit in my hot kitchen.

It has nothing to do with the 5 gallons of sweat tea or the 3,500 calories my disgusting slob ass eats every day.

No. The wheat did it.

You relay on what so called scientists and nutrition experts have been paid to tell you for nearly a generation now with no regard to actual empirical evidence.

We went from a diet higher in natural fats and protein from the 40s to todays inverted pyramid of more grains,less fats.
The data shows that the explosion in heart disease,cancer,auto immune diseases and diabetes correlates to that change in diet.

My daily calorie intake is about 2600. I am in my upper 40s with no exercise regime in place.
My health is periodically monitored and measured by Aviation Medical Examiners--MDs authorized to certify pilots to fly.Every 6 months I go in,get poked,prodded and measured.

My results from my diet change are documented.
My Doctors could not believe the change.

I cut out all wheat and all carbs. I eat about 5 eggs for breakfast fried in butter,with a slab of meat.
Usually no lunch because I am not hungry.
Dinner involves more fatty meat and maybe 2 eggs with a green salad.

Snacks if needed are nuts.

Results? I lost 44 pounds in 2 months.
My energy sky rocketed
My sleep needs decreased
My arteries are squeaky clean
I look about 10 years younger

Its all about the carbs in general.The worst of the carbs is grains imho. There is nothing wholesome or good for you in wheat anymore.

You can argue calories as much as you want but I know from my own experience that it is not the amount of calories but the amount of carbs that causes these epidemic health issues and weight gain.

20 kilos weight loss in 2 months averages to 10 kilos a month. That is 10000 grams of fat. 1 gram of fat has 9 calories.
90 000 calories in 30 days equals 3000 calories a day that burnt off my body.
Plus my 3000 calories of high fat food during that phase of my diet equals 6000 calories a day that my body somehow consumed.

With no exercise.
The calorie model of weight loss is just wrong.
It is the carbs.
And modern wheat is made to addict you to buy more product.They are not too interested in your health or vitality or longevity.
