We show maybe 1-30% of our true selves around other people...the more we trust and love them the more we share.
But when it boils down to it, every person still has their secrets. And when those are revealed, everyone else, even their dearest friends or spouses, are left shocked and stunned.
It's sad, really, but then again, to quote a friend:
