Before you call this stupid, just look at the infrared part. The circle in the sky is darker then the buildings. Infrared always shows hotter parts brighter, so the cirlce in the sky is much colder then the surroundings and the buildings. And where there's a hole in the ozon layer, the earth is less insulated from the cold temperatures of absolute zero in space. So logicly, that must be a weak spot in the ozon.
