“He came in smelling of malt liquor and a strong odor of what I believe to be marijuana,” says 41-year-old Monica Lanter who was at the Phoenix Lottery Office when Horner arrived with the winning ticket. “I heard one of the employees ask Mr. Horner if he was going to have a $500 million crack party, just like that one episode from the Chappelle Show. I didn’t think that was very nice or funny whatsoever.”

Nice Story.

I wonder why they felt the need to include the quote about him smelling like malt liquor and maryjane & the 500 million crack party? That is certainly not news-worthy and turns the article from a pleasant, heartwarming story into a cartoon. :-(

Fucking Republican Nazis!!!

I can only imagine the vitriol by all you fuckfaces if he was ( OMG!) B-L-A-C-K!!

He can buy approximately 55,000 pounds of Kush and have a bottle of Louis XIII ( $1300 per) everyday for 200 years and still have money.

If beer and weed is the worst we have to worry about....LOL!!

I would be more worried if he was a retired Republican teetotaller.

Easier to spend $250 Million on Guns and God than Drugs and Booze.

I think the former is much worse than the latter.

Its fake.

ABC is reporting that possibly a person from Maryland visiting Arizona bought the winning ticket.

WTF?

If true that is sooooo lame.

I have a feeling about these things. When Jack Whittaker won in 2002 I was upset because I knew his life would turn out miserable and I was correct.

The Missouri winners will be fine, but this guy, I will just have to wait to see how this guy turns up at his announcement in Arizona.
