I'd give you 6k not a penny more. And that's if I had the money and actually wanted a truck. You'll probably have to go lower than that unless you try to sell it in tax season.

Re: Selling a vehicle - thoughts?
Also when I see for sale sign I wanna see the price because chances are that if theres no price it is just some retard trying to get too much money for it and that's why he didn't put the price. 100% of the time I call for sale sign w no price the price is high. So I dont call those anymore.

Anyways, there are a few businesses on a main drag, I wonder what the response would be if I went into the establishment and asked for the manager and asked if I could park it in their front space away from patrons for a few hours? I guess it can't hurt...

Re: Selling a vehicle - thoughts?
Dude 6k would get you a reliable 05+ car. Why would anyone pay more than that for a show truck. What is the point of a show truck anyway.. to waste money. Congratulations your now realizing that you wasted money putting expensive parts into a truck that will never resale for a third of the price you put into it.

The question isn't whether there's 10-15k in the truck, it's what it's worth now. And realistically its worth 5-9k

No pricing on Edmunds. Insurance company had it appraised at 20K. I'm asking 10,500. I called a local business on a VERY busy main street. Talked to the manager, and he said no problem parking in his lot, just touch base with him tomorrow when I get there. Best part is its just down the road.

Insurance appraisal doesn't mean that's what it's worth. It might be worth 20-40% of that value.
