Also: if you've ascended how are you typing? Do you still have full control over your body in this dimension?

cut off all drugs and alcohol, exercise daily, eat no white flour, lotsa fruits, veggies, tea.

meditate daily until you can raise your frequeny little by little. eventually you will phase out of 3d into 5d

i can dip down into 3d, though it's not comfortable.

So what happens to your body when you're not here?

no you aren't understanding. i have physically raise the base frequency of my physical body two octaves. my 3d body is now in 5d. so my body is with me.

whoa somebody just appeared in my room! no joke. He walked up behind me, and he was semi-translucent, really bright. And his face and body kinda waved in out of of focus, looking like many different people through time. And he said "Toil not, it is all about to change." And then I nodded and he dissolved into a bright point of light, and then that too dissolved.
