HEB sells pork venison sausage. I split them in half, brown it in a skillet on both sides. Then treat them like hot dogs. Chili cheese dogs or sauerkraut with Guldens mustard in hot dog rolls. Fkin awesome!

I have worked in a kebab meat makers they do put all of the fluffy critters In! To every roll. Its good to start with but the low end mechanical recovery gets scary
