Military says not theirs..Working on update Quoting: THE INQUISADOR [link to www.cbs12.com] Update: pollo Beach - Emergency crews are responding to a downed helicopter in the bay off Apollo Beach. At least one person is confirmed dead from the crash. Two witnesses say they saw the chopper go into the water about 300 yards offshore from Bright Bay Court near Beer Can Island. One witness that ABC Action News talked to said he heard a loud explosion and ran out of his home. A neighbor went out on his boat in an attempt to help. The extent of the damage is not known, although witnesses say debris is starting to wash up on shore. Tampa Bay Fire Rescue, the Coast Guard, Hillsborough Aviation Unit and Hillsborough Fire Rescue are all on their way.
