The catch is that Palestinians "don't exist", and it was clearly the jews to whom Christ issued the Sermon on the Mount, including its directives to turn the other cheek, bless their enemies, share beyond expectation, act as Peacemakers, etc.
You can't claim to be Chosen of God without the inherent responsibility to bear the fruit of the Spirit. That's where this whole charade is backfiring on them, because it seems they're not even trying to fake such godly behavior.
