I'd say it just depends on what your concept of "God" is, is it not ?
For me, the true concept of "God" is what created the universe and everything in it. This process seems to be driven by some higher intelligence. I strongly believe that without following all the fear mongoring religions.

The laws are our laws, our way of making sense of our surroundings, laws are their to be broken and usually are at some point, check history for a mountain of examples.

Whether there is a 'god' or not I do not know. But there's no way that dusty old book is god's written word. Every war and every tear can be traced to religion.

Life without religion would be awesome. Let's see what we're really made of and leave off the guilt and manipulation.

it seems to me that most people tend to get along very well with each other and the fear factor comes from the media, and only the most insane stories hit the airwaves, not sure why.. :(

Sorry but universal laws are as you say observations which unfortunately are susceptible to new observations which means they are not infallible, they are only correct until the next observation changes it, what may be universal on earth is unlikely to be universal somewhere else, we can only make presumptions based on observations and human experience, doesn't make what we presume are universal laws correct though.

Scientifically speaking, Universal Laws are Laws that cannot be broken. If a "Law" can be broken then it is not a "Law" at all.
You obviously are not a scientist or able to look at the subject in a scientific frame of mind.

Universal laws on earth as observed by humans which are subject to revision (see laws of thermodynamics for example) Universal in human terms, not in actual universal terms, how can you possibly state we know the universal laws, we are only just reaching out to our nearest planets, the chemistry, biology and physics may be completely different in every single galaxy, thats a 170 billion possible variations of so called universal laws in the observable universe alone.

What if there is a creator for every galaxy? What if every creator is one of us and we all decided on a planet in each galaxy to see how we can perfect intelligence in life forms, be it carbon based or whatever? Maybe we have to make it through each galaxy and their "God's" creation before we vote on who is the leader of all galaxies?

I don't know the answer just as you don't know the answer, that's why I'll stay agnostic until I have proof on either side.

That's probably why I'm agnostic. You can pretty much make up anything, but we'll probably never know.

Okay, you're not a scientist. Otherwise, if these laws are observed by "humans" but are not in fact laws, then what entity knows they are not laws and can be broken (despite being proven otherwise by our scientists)?

Then you overlook the fact that God is the GREAT SPIRIT.

Universal laws are framed by humans, universal laws have been proven to be wrong, universal laws as far as humans understand them are based on human observations, universal laws cannot be universal laws unless you have visited every outpost of the universe to check they are universal, if anyone cannot think scientifically its you as you obviously cannot grasp that humans are invariably wrong about pretty much everything, religion is a prime example of our illogical thought processes.
