Solutreans were in North America 5000 before the Indians arrived. Solutreans came from Europe likely just after or near the end of the last Ice Age. What we call native North Americans today wiped them out and probably absorbed many by race mixing.
If there is indeed White European blood in the Indian population that is how it got there.
