when the hour/minute/second hand points UP...then, time is UP.
the hour is at hand
the minute is at hand
the second is at hand.
12-12-12 means COMPLETION or FULLNESS of TIME.
if there is a number higher than 12-12-12,
then it is 13-13-13, but we don't have a 13th month
as of now.
