OP, you have to be careful about saying stuff like that. That is a common rape myth. The reality is there is nothing one can do to prevent rape except live on a deserted island. There are things you can do to reduce your risk, but that is all you can. Furthermore, poor judgement (like not taking precautions) on the part of a person is NOT a justification for the crime. A person can stand naked in a bar in a bad part of town, and while we may call that stupid, it is not justification for others to rape that person. No offense to you OP, these myths are very common in our culture. I used to train peer educators on a college campus to do sexual assault education and this is how I am aware of the facts.
