before anyone knew about the alignment it was called the doomsday clock but there was no proof it was connected to the stars until now

are there other things the clock tells or measures other than the alignment of saturn, mercury and venus or is this the major one?

This is derived from Scott Creighton's theory, where the Sphinx indicates spring equinox heliacal rising of Leo in 10,500 bc which is also the minimum culmination of the three stars of Orion's belt. (Zep Tepi or the first time). This does not correlate to the Maya 12-21-12 end of thirteenth bak'tun, as the maximum culmination of the three stars is ca. 2460, so those saying 12-21-12 is the "end" (hard to judge where a circle begins and ends anyway) of the precessional cycle does not correlate with Giza Doomsday clock (if it exists), although I believe mr Creighton has tenuously connected this theory to 2012. According to that we have over 400 years yet to reach the "end" of this cycle. It's worth noting that Babylonian astronomical tables derived from Sumer also list the spring equinox in Leo.
So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

And that planetary alignment on Dec 3rd Is NOTHING like that photoshop job makes it to be, wrong angle, wrong spacing and will not be seen over the Giza pyramids like that.
