I used to live in an apartment building and the ignorant fuckers next door used to stay up all night and make noise. When I got up for work the next morning I'd bang on the wall with a phone book to pay them back.

TV, or any other sound I initiate is fine. When a neighbor's tv is so loud I can hear it through the walls when I go to bed, it drives me to fury.

I spent most of my life living far out in the country side with no neighbours, no barking dogs, or vehicles, moved to the city for a few years and I just about lost my mind, have since found a wonderful place to live without noise... Silence and nature... such a beautiful thing...
