I spent most of my life living far out in the country side with no neighbours, no barking dogs, or vehicles, moved to the city for a few years and I just about lost my mind, have since found a wonderful place to live without noise... Silence and nature... such a beautiful thing... |

Quoting: MrNiceGuy 18131262 I often wonder what it would be like if there were no artificial noises of machines at all on planet Earth. None. I wonder what it would sound like then. I wonder what we would hear. Voices. The human brain will insert voices in the absence of any sound as a subconscious expression of our social needs. You're onto something though. The world before technology seemed to be much more spiritual, and "connected" to the unseen, nature, and even the galaxy. Last Edited by ISO on 12/01/2012 12:52 AM |
