its to stop the earth changes, earth cycles
the mayans predicted the current world we know would end due to the alignments but they didn't factor in emerging technologies which are being used to stop the earth from participating in this change
we will remain this consumer culture as long as the kings of the world are able

Isn't that simple? 90's we were told the ozone layer is shrinking and there are holes appearing in it computer simulations have run showing these magnetic reversals of the poles which coorelate to this idea of holes in the magnetic field the spraying is to patch these holes and keep the field stabalized the earth's magnetic field will effect the beings living on the planet physically but also mentally and the world powers do not want things to change when they already have it the way they want  They know NOTHING. And they are totally unprepared for it. Absolutely NOTHING.these are the people that set up secret meetings to chose which president puppet the people will think leads them where is this ozone hole story we heard so much about in the 90's, its changed to just global warming now the powers that be know there power is up for grabs with these earth cycles and planetary alignments so they are stopping the effects on the earth by use of technologies
