It's usually from nerves high blood pressure. Did you had it earlier? I, when have nerves, have headache. It's dangerous these things and especially with heart. Did you used some drugs? Try yoga.  I do have high blood pressure. Runs in the family. I'm on medication for it. And I often get headaches. My bad days are rough, but most days are very good. : )  Take care Simple ! Let me ask you something, maybe you know. Last couple of months I have some ringing in my left ear. Sound like little bird, tweet tweet (and no, I'm not going crazy  ). I will see a docter, got some nose bleeds too, so pretty much convinced it's high blood pressure.
