A True story from my childhood regaurding the Myan Calender | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 28829530 12/01/2012 10:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My Parents in the early 70's had this round gold replica of the Mayan calender hanging on their large brick fireplace . My Mother had got the Mayan replica calender as a decoration ( the whole Spanish style was really in back then ) . Quoting: Apocalypse Girl I used to stare at it and wonder what it was as a young child . The face in the middle was creepy and scared me. One day this man came over . my Dad was a rocket scientist/ engineer and worked with this guy who was a higher up one of their top scientists in the department. ( We found out later he really came over to lay off my DAD cause they were letting people go after the space program had died down. He wanted to tell him in the private comfort of his home as liked my Dad and they were friends ) . Anyways, this scientist who worked with my Father notices the Gold Mayan calender hanging over the fireplace , he walks over to it , touches it, and says to my Mother " you know what that represents and means don't you ?!!!" ...Then says to us ( right in front of me as a little kid ) " END GAME " ! - THAT Calender represents and marks our end , when our world ends DEC of 2012 "!!! - that's our death hanging on you wall " and then he looked down at me and said - " you will be all grown up then so don't worry that's like 40 years from now ! " I now believe he was one of those professor types without any comment sense . IT upset my Mother so much after he left she picked it up , took it outside and smashed it on the new driveway . It broke into little pieces . I think she was mainly upset that he had told her 6 year old kid about the end of the world , combined with the fact he had just let my Dad go from his engineer work at Rocketdyne ( my parents had just bought a brand new home ) . I will never get that image out of my head of her breaking that Mayan replica ! she was so angry - it really affected me. For years what he said that day has always haunted me . I used to be afraid for many years of this year and month . terrified in fact. I have read and studied about Dec 2012 for years . Way I see it now is what will happen will happen and there is nothing more I can do about it ( yes I have prepped a little ) but ok somethings are just out of our control and I have accepted that . IT no longer scares me . Dec 2012 - is here I am at peace What new piece of bullshit will you latch on to when this one fails? Or will you grow a brain? |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 1257209 12/01/2012 11:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hi Apocalypse girl. I too had a home where my parents hung that same golden Mayan plate. They hung it in the dining room. I remember looking at that plate as a child and thinking how odd it was. I came from a fundamentalist Christian home, so in hindsight... why would my parents hang such a pagan thing in the home? Anyways, I saw a documentary in the early 1980's on the Mayans and the end of the world and that is when I realized what that plate was... the Mayan calendar. Anyways, I too have lived my whole life thinking that 2012 was the end of it all.... And now here we are December 1, 2012. Wow! Almost unbelievable... we are 20 days away from 'the end of the world' I am not afraid at all. What will be will be. Anyways, according to the documentary I saw, on December 21, 2012 our technology turns against us and attacks us. Life is short. Live love and laugh. Smell the roses. Enjoy your morning coffee. Spend all the time you can with your children and always show them and tell them how much you love them. God is good! -EAT |

Come to God and Jesus Christ and pray that you may be worthy to be with him when this event takes place. He has always saved his own, from Noah when this happened at that time to moses when this event happened again to Jesus Christ when he died on the cross this happened and now it will happen again. Some will be removed before this event happens others because of lack of belief will have to go through this because they chose not to believe in the only begotten son of GOD. It is the purification by fire. But those that are born with his spirit will not go through what's coming upon the earth. |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 9852275 12/01/2012 11:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We know now, that the Mayan calendar does not predict the end of life, but the beginning of a new age. Things will be a lot different. We may not notice it right away, but something may happen (probably deep in some lab somewhere) that will spell a real sea change for humanity. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1212477 Some people believe it will be the first truly successful mating of a human being and an animal. This is strictly forbidden by God. Rumor has it that fallen angels pulled off this trick before God destroyed the world with Noah's flood and it is the reason God wiped everything out. This theory makes sense because the Bible suggests that our age will be like the age of Noah. Only, this time instead of fallen angles messing with human DNA it will be we ourselves who break the forbidden rule. THIS...although I believe the days of noah could also include the return of the fallen ones...i'm 100% convinced about the animal/human hyrbids...which will be offered to us as a way to upgrade our DNA and become more "like the beast". Seems like every movie Hollywood puts out is along the aliens/transhumanism lines. I just saw the Bourne Legacy recently and the ENTIRE movie is about how they "upgraded" their agents to be better. READ the book of Jasher, Enoch, and Genesis. Or just check out my thread here: Thread: ANIMALS Containing HUMAN Material......"As in the Days of NOAH". I agree, and add that the comment above does not necessarily rule out the return of the fallen angels. Probably posing as 'aliens' for the great deception. If any aliens show up I would be highly doubtful of their claims. Odds are they will not actually be aliens. |

Family picnics at RocketDyne were a blast. Thank you ! pretty cool you know about Rocket-dyne ! Oh so they did the engines? I didn't know that like I said i was very young when all this happened . I just knew that my Dad knew some very smart people and that he had to always wear this white starched shirt and tie ( after he got laid off he tossed them all out and refused to wear ties lol ) Didn't The Simi Valley division have some kind of nuclear accident ?! yes I am pretty sure he was in Chatsworth I remember that. And the picnics they were amazing !!! They had fun things for the kids to do. One time they even had pony rides and these big wavy amusement park type slides ( like the kind they had in that 70s Bananna splits show ) you would slide down in potato sacks ! Did you ever go to those picnics AC ? Yes, the location is in the Santa Susanna hills west of West Hills and South of Simi Valley. They still try to deny any of this. The picnics is where my father and I got into Archery, yes, they taught and provided the kids with real bows and arrows. The slides, the pony rides and all the workers were one big family for a while. My father always assumed that the murder of JFK, was to blame for the massive firing of employees. He came home that day and said that quite a few of the workers and upper execs were cheering. I was also there for the Van Normand dam evacuation, Hal Fishman of Channel 5 news broadcast from Toys R Us following the 71 quake. I remember Hal as I stood next to him telling the live viewers that authorities believed the Los Angeles spillways might not be able to handle and divert the flood from our location. Up until 1990 ish, you used to be able to hear the rocket engines being tested in the Santa Susannas regularly. On Saturday nights they'd fire lasers across the valley from west hills rocket dyne to unknown location in the east..... You'd see the laser 100' off the ground if you looked closely after midnight. Well Dads reaction was one of shock and disbelief. He had worked so hard to become an engineer and was top in his field . He had worked his way up in the Navy and had a good paying job and was well respected ( he was a natural at putting things together and had an amazing mind ) . The scientist guy lived close by and would come over from time to time as he liked my Dad . I dont remember much about how my Dad reacted ( he was always had an amazing attitude and was good at hiding his emotions ) . I mainly remember the horrified look on my Mothers face when the guy pointed to her Mayan wall hanging and told her that the it represented the date the world would END " in front of her young child . |

Just was watching the History Channel last night they were saying something to the effect that bigfoot was an ape human/ experiment. then i just read on here a thread about Bigfoot DNA coming back and that he is a human hybrid?! Thread: Bigfoot DNA study is finished There was also a scientist in Russia that found he could only breed monkeys and humans if they used the male sperm from the monkey and was almost successful but was stopped . n the 1920s and 30s Soviet scientist Dr. Ilya Ivanov began a series of disturbing experiments to cross breed humans with apes. At first he tried to make female apes pregnant using humans as the fathers. His experiments grew so grotesque he was expelled from French Guinea in Africa when he attempted to make women pregnant using apes as the fathers. [link to en.wikipedia.org] this is interesting and a little scary ( its prob where writers back in the 60s got the whole Idea for the planet of the apes movies ) . With Technology being so advanced now who knows what they might try . |
