Most women do not have fake nails ( as in plastic stuck on ) but have overlays over the real nail of acrylic to make them stronger.

I personally have known no one with the glued on hair and it is very easy to tell anyway as it is attached under the real hair. Think celebritys with the shorter hair that can be seen if you look close enough.
