A passenger train derailed due to the floods in Xanthi, Northern Greece. None of the passengers was injured in the incident. Heavy rain flooded houses and shops in the vicinity of Athens. A tornado caused damages in the region of Katakolon and the roads in Ancient Olympia are flooded. You've never been to Bulgaria then. Over here in the summer it can get as hot as 35 and even 37 degrees Celsius while in the winter the temperatures fall down to -(minus) 20 Celsius in some regions. |

Been to Bansko for snowboarding if that counts.  Shitty and unstable weather the last week here. Southern Bulgaria climate looks a lot like northern Greece one with similar temperatures in the mountainous areas, but i admit it's far better and more tropical in central and south Greece. |
