I just woke up from a very vivid dream of SHTF

I think I'm beginning to spend too much time on GLP, when the crap we discuss on here starts to invade my dreams!

I dreamt there was massive flooding, I don't know what caused it. I just remember there was flooding all over the US, water and more water. Streets flooded by a foot or two of water....it was just flowing in some places....and kept rising. So much water, in fact, that tptb had gone down into their underground bunkers to shelter. They thought they had "safety" but the water managed to bust open doors, and seep in through cracks and crevices. So they were not heard from, and we all figured they had died. Black-outs and NO news from the networks, or no cable....no communications outlets at all.

Meanwhile, those people left outside, those who were in non-flooded areas, were having to deal with lawlessness and looting. I mean, it really started to get bad after a few days, as those who figured out there was little law enforcement were committing crimes all over the place, those who figured out the government was collapsed went on crime spree, etc.

I just remember waking up from my dream thinking, "So THAT is what I'm prepping for! The government being ineffective from keeping ordinary citizens from going crazy from no services, no food, etc., and trying to steal what is mine."

It all made the whole craziness make sense, then. A natural disaster of such epic proportions that it even destroyed tptb, with all their "plans" of how they were going to escape and survive.
