I actually like the taste of vinegar so it doesn't phase me to just put it in drinking water. (not tap water it will kill the beneficial bacteria).

I've been taking it for 2 yrs. and it's helped a lot with heartburn and joint pain. My weight stays in check without dieting ever. I've also noticed more color and a healthier glow to my complexion.

I don't know if the ACV has anything to do with this, but I'm 38 with no gray, no cellulite, and very few wrinkles.
