Sudden Onslaught of Flu Cases, CDC Says

Yep. This flu is of the 'sudden onslaught' variety. What I had lasted about 5 hours. Sudden weakness and chills to the bone. Followed by throwing up and the runs. Then a fever. Weakness thruout, and a total sense of 'omg I feel awful'. Weirdness too was that my skin was very sensitive to touch, even my sweater was irritating my arms. All of it gone within 5 hours, next day felt fine. Very strange, as I haven't gotten any flu in years. Not since my last flu shot about 7 years ago. It's a strange one going around.
