I believe that. I was thinking about it last night. How did this rumor start? Who exactly started it? The U.S. Government?

NASA is so weird sometimes! Why would they put out an article like that?!?

I don't remember anyone saying nibiru would crash into the earth...I do remember people talking of fly bys though. Perhaps Nasa is trying to scare people?

Why do they have this compulsion to dispell 2012 doomsday fears.

Just to elaborate further on your post, at the beginning of the article, the NASA scientist said that there was no threat they are aware of associated with 2012. At the end of the article, we have a statement that completely throws the one made at the beginning out of balance.

"On danger of Earth being hit by a meteor in 2012, scientists said that NASA astronomers are carrying out a study called the Spaceguard Survey to find any large near-Earth asteroids long before they hit."

I thought that they said at the beginning that there is no threat associated with 2012. Why carry out a survey of large asteroids then? I mean, if something does happen, you would claim you've done what you could do, wont you?

However this statement in bold and this...."We have already determined that there are no threatening asteroids as large as the one that killed the dinosaurs," they said. As large as....?

Is this not only contradictory but also alluding to the statement of the Pope where he mentioned Stars falling from the sky and that its not the end of the world, that his followers should look unto jesus? Hmmmm!!!

It is looking very likely that some things will fall this december. Yikes!!!!

The entire article is about how parents and the media are freaking children out about something that may or may not happen.

If nothing happens, and these kids have been put through the trauma for nothing, it's really sad. Grades suffer, depression sets in (if we're all going to die, who cares?)...bad stuff.

Nasa has been talking and releasing statments about these "Nibiru" claims since 2008 when things started to catch on with that crap.

They do this because they are "concerned" kids are going to do something stupid over the next few weeks and if anyone links to Nasa to read up on it, they may just pass by all the evidence they have compiled against said theory and perhaps put some kids nerves at ease.



About the only thing I really see happening on 12-21-12 is a bunch of idiots running and hiding and probably quite a few suicide pacts happening.

Of course everyone is so into this crap right now alls it takes is one retarded worl leader to jump the gun on something and make this date a slef fulfilling prophecy.


Thats about the only thing that really worries me about all this crap. If a lot of normal everyday people are buying into this, who's to say a world leader or someone that can cause major issues won't buy into it as well.

I have read all of Sitchin's books and listened to many of his talks. He speaks of Nibiru, but nowhere in his talks or his books does he indicate when the 3600 year orbit might be. In fact, he studiously and intentionally does NOT specify any date whatever.

The alignment with the great rift that begins on 12/21/2012, but this alignment will last about 20-30 years during which time things might happen. Nobody knows and nobody that says they know is telling the truth about any of this right now.

We will all have to wait and see. Got popcorn?
