You really don't know anything about anybodies military do you? The mil is a tool that's instructed to do a job YOU won't do it doesn't run around own its own without direction. The mil is a mission manager tell it what to do and stand back nothing more.

In light of that there's no way to answer the question because it's based on a false premise.
