1 thing I would say about them letting Jesse Ventura do his show is that he can come off as crazy when he talks, so they wouldn't mind him talking about what he does because his personality can come off as too much even though he may very well be talking about very important info, people will think of it as crazy comin from him.

Yeah, these two locations are NOT close to each other. It would take 3 to 4 hours to drive from that house to the cave north of KC. By the way, you can find the house on google earth if you follow hwy 65 south from Ozark Mo. and look to the east of the highway once you get into the tree covered hilly area.
Also I live not far from Ozark and I have to say, there are caves literally everywhere here. I have known a few people who have barred up cave entrances on their property simply because of liability issues. If a group of kids get in there messing around and one gets hurt or worse, guess what, it's your ass.

It is as others have said an old mine, it was bought along time ago and turned into a super storage complex. Its inside a cave so everything is the same temp year round.

Company's or business's rent out space/storage areas and they can use it as a climate controlled storage. Think of it as a Storage unit if you have a huge amount of stuff.

There is no secuirty or gates to drive through to the underground road because all the stuff that is being stored is kept on the other side of all those doors you see in the video. You can drive freely through it, just beware of traffic from trucks unloading.
