the only problem prevailing
at all times has been the need
induced by tyrrants and oppressors
following the prince; misery of need.

now the need is so common
that addiction as a cover lie
is reaching into all corners
of human behavior; pain

caused by insatiable greed;
driven by fears of lacking,
in a society overflowing
with wealth; competive

breaking apart all those
we think may stand in
the way of having
what you want; selfish

giving nothing back,
maybe crumbs and wrappers;
denying all those who ask
for a second; cruel

telling me off for breathing so loud
as i choke to death, unable to afford air;
how you made it by your self, so proud;
when loosers like me feed and show you; care.
