But as the song goes, I feel fine. But here is what I wonder. Is this the most ultimate global climatic doom ever? What's gonna happen, and more importantly will GLP transform with it? I mean you can't get more doomy than the end of the world as we know it, but are you fine with it?
So with the great dooming looming I stopped briefly to ponder a couple of things I'd miss if I survive the doom scenarios out there (but these things don't):
Mountain Dew: Ah yes a staple of my life, though part of the carcinogenic club. How you've helped me get through the first couple hours of the work almost every day. I salute you, and quaff you once again!
Books: Nothing quite like the feel, and weightiness of a good book. Its pages only to be manipulated in future releases. As you open those pages, those pages are genuine and real. Yes I'm still a hold out from kindle, nook, etc... So here's to books! I'll read you until I can no longer!
Music: It helps set the mood, mellows out or wires up. Gets you pumped, soothes the soul. If the music dies will we? If it stops will I be stuck with bits of it in my head too, a tangled web of nonsensical words: Take me down to the paradise city where we've got the biggest balls of em all!
Porn: Come now, I beat you to it.
When you need a hand...its happily there to oblige no questions asked!
And on the flip side:
If its the end of the world as we
know it maybe we can hope for more of a transformation and not an ending. Afterall so many things are already transforming towards that better world. Hopefully we can keep that trend up to see it to fruition.
