Let's bring some logic and reason to this ... When assessing the validity of a" story" you check first hoe accurate have they been or have they been wrong every time.
What we have here is the chronological time line of humanity and written text. That tells of past events and foretells of future events. These texts also confirm what every major religion or way of life has predicted (end of days). To take those points alone based on faith you would be compelled to believe. To base it soley on the proven scientific occurances that have occurred in the time line that we use as fact to base other scientific research on then you would again be compelled to believe, think about it in whatever point of view you choose but the facts remain there the Mayan calendar has been a chronological map of humAn existence, and the movements of the planets and stars .. (science) .
Logically and reasonably thinking it would be irresponsible and foolish for anyone to not take heed from the Mayan predictions ... They have been the basis of our knowledge thus far.
