Northwest Ga is a wonderful area. There can be a large Hispanic population depending on where you are. I've lived here and the surrounding areas all my life. Went to college in Rome and yes, it is a charming city. Don't try Atlanta unless you like the rat race and the farther south you go, more heat and bugs. Choose the mountains of North Ga for the ultimate experience :)
