Anything can be sent from anywhere and the connection can be bounced up to make it seem like it. Ip addresses are not peoples. To live is to believe in the power of dreams! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18242260 You're not allowed a weapon while on probation. Now before you get all bent out of shape about a "legal firearm", there are no legal fire arms while on probation. This guy had to sign papers to avoid jail and get on probation, the second he did that he legally signed his freedom away. Nobody's fault but his own. The best lawyer in the country wouldn't be able to get him out of what he's facing. Earlier he stated that the reason he went to jail in the first place was that he had called 911 because 2 people had broken into his house who he was able to scare away. He said that instead of the police going after the 2 people they arrested him instead and eventually charged him with the gun charge which he legaly owned. The rifle was probably taken at that time from him. I haven't heard any evidence that he has had a firearm while on probation. So he might not even have a firearm at this point. |
