Earlier it was suggested that the echo in the feed was because of the microphone. If this is the case, is it still echoing because he left the microphone behind?

Police have been trained to be violent. My neighbor, when I lived in NY, told me he was leaving the department and moving back to the state his family lives in because of the training he experienced after 911.
