Hey you know the Guy that made the original sasquach movie the famous one. His son lives very near to me. Eric is his name and his mom and sister opened a museum in Hope BC and put all their dads stuff on display. His son Eric is quite the character. Lots of stories to tell about his dad. He was quite little when all that was going on. His dad chased that thing for a long time and lived out in the bush with a couple of his Buddy's. He has the original casts that were made of SamsQanches footy prints as you put it. By all accounts it was the real deal. You met alot of really unusual people in the journey through life. Ain't it grand. |

St. Helens was nearly a twelve digit number, in terms of material moved. St. Helens came down on me. First time I ever heard the EBS go off for real. It was no doom. Really not that scary as I recall. Just a lot of volcanic ash. Now, I was 250 miles away, and 57 people did die, and I make yearly pilgrimages to the site every May 18th. What I notice most is how the earth is healing itself, a little at a time. I don't know what this crack means, but there is no volcanic activity going on there. No explosive gases, no massive landslides. At those dimensions, you might as well be telling me your q'at  scratched you and you are bleeding to death. |
