3 days no sleep, anyone else?

beer is ok yea but weed makes me insane

I love my sleep, if I don't get enough I feel horrible...if I build a sleep debt I must pay it back...quality sleep is a gift from God.

I once couldn't sleep due to being dehydrated. It's a scary feeling not being able to sleep.
When I figured it out I bought a load of Infant pedialyte
used for dehydration.
I drank a quite a few of them and I was able to sleep again.
Try drinking the correct amount of water you need daily.

Also try eating mackerel or sardines which are high in Omega-3 fatty oil. I believe half a cup a day is fine.
You could be deficient in this. Most people are.

I feel bad for the late Michael Jackson he lost the gift of
sleep.

FULL Moon always brings me NO SLEEP. For years now, getting worse the older I get. Usually starts about a week before it, and lasts till 3-4 days after the full moon. Sleep aids help, I would never sleep at all without them! Good luck!
