Yeah he has a digital delay and some reverb coming from the amp, and is bouncing it off the surrounding walls.
We used to do stuff like this in Seattle. The sound is flipping AMAZING live. 3D sound all around you. Just awesome.

His style is unorthodox, if he would put that amp down angled on the ground, he would be able to straighten up and get his wrist straight. Just think what he could do then!
