Update: Still deadly calm here. No rain, no wind. Looks like the Typhoon has compressed. Not good. Looks stronger now. Folks in mid to northern Davao, up to Bislig should be feeling the outer bands. Looks like the storm eye will just brush our area slightly south, but we will see. 11:00pm local time as of this post. Boro
