I'm unemployed on unemployment and so is my husband we do NOT get food stamps we do not qualify and we will not qualify when unemployment runs out if we still do not have a job we will not be allowed food stamps because of the income earned this past year including unemployment so I do not know how the people get the food stamps ebt cards that you are all talking about with folks driving Lexus etc. I don't understand///are u people just assuming or is it true that undeserving people get food stamps?........and just for the sarcastic ones my husband and I are older in our 50's worked all our lives and raised two children...finding it soo difficult to get a full time job offers.
