As I understand we hue man/woman are at a time of immense change where we will be able to live much longer lives as in past times where people lived for hundreds of years. I have known that I will be here for at least 300 years for the renovation of Mother Earth and the resettlement of all the relatives who live here. Some will go to other places but many will stay here for the long term until the place is fixed up. The physical body is like a suit and if you look after it it will last a long time, the right fuel ect and it renews itself on a regular basis.
I have always thought that the idea to grow up, get old and die was a but of a story and not the real truth.
