This city is going down in flames! I used to go to school here and had friends who liver there in the 80's and 90's, even then it was a hell hole! But now, it is filled with gang members and illegals, I wouldn't step foot in this failed city! Lock-n-load residents!!

During a city council meeting Wednesday, City Attorney Jim Penman urged residents of the bankrupt Californian city to “lock their doors and load their guns” and prepare for glory.

And when you say 'loose police force', do you mean they are slutty cops, or that they are disorganized?

Remember to " never let a crisis go to waste". If desired, I'm sure federally provided law enforcement will take over for that city and any other in a similar situation.

If a police state is what the powers that be really want this could be a reason they use to implement it.

But I tend to think they wouldn't bother unless there is some kind of resource or advantage to be had by doing it. Much easier to just let people fend for themselves .

This is how they intend to replace the police with corporate police and TSA.

Where did you get they're losing the police force from a statement that they're laying off 80 cops?

As it is there so it is going to be everywhere ... The fact is they don't pay the police officers enough to abandon their own families to protect the people or any of the civil servants.
Think about it a cop is essentially a minimum wage government employee. With the responsibility to protect ( with their lives ) your safety and well being. Would you blame them or any other under paid over worked government or non government employee for striking , walking out or just saying you know somethin they don't pay me enough for this shit.
Well think about it how could you blame anyone for being overworked and under paid especially when they are the ones supporting the unemployed and non workers. Think about it !
A system that bases it's prosperity on the backs of the few is destined to collapse ( it's physics simple cut and dry physics... Test it out build something say top heavy as a representation ... Now move it... Seems to automatically topple ... Let it stay put and it eventually collapses... It's inevitable)
