I almost hate Christmas now...and today I refused to help put up the tree.

my grandmas cousin relies on my grandma for her survival (as in god forbid meals on wheels shows up but she has been known to call for pizza delivery). Nonetheless, while i was there, my cousins and i would get roped into helping out to set up her stuff (she lives in a different town, requires her fathers trainset to be put up around the tree). Well 2010 i was there and whomever packed up 2008 christmas lost some electrical parts that make the train go and im female and my other two cousins are male but the one didnt go so the other was only 17 and knew nothing of electronic circuits and couldnt help and this idiot cousin was saying i was female so i couldnt make the train go even though i told her the part that was missing. I ended up never helping her out again. Stupid old lady so set in her ways found out when she had to call an electrician to make her train go that her cousins granddaughter was right. Idiots abound. Im not against christmas but i really prefer other people to do the setup and take down. I dont like drama so do anything to avoid any possibility of it. If i had my own place there might be a small tree now but only cuz nobody would be there to argue stupid stuff with me over it. Lmao.

Fuck it all. Today when my roomate excitedly asked if I wanted to help put up the tree...I said "I'll get it out of the garage, but you'll have to put it up and decorate it yourself".
